Through this interview we will learn:

* Salary and benefits information
This always proves to be time well spent and allows us to source candidates that are a match for your specific openings.
Candidate Search:
Using our candidate database, research, and our networking resources we contact candidates who meet the minimum skill requirements to begin building a candidate pool.
Candidate Prescreen:
Each candidate is thoroughly prescreened to make sure they possess the minimum skill requirements, have the desired success attributes, and are a fit for your corporate culture. We prescreen from the mindset that we want this to be a successful long term placement in your company. Our reputation depends on it.
Candidate Presentation:
Only candidates who meet the minimum skill requirements and the desired success attributes will be presented to our corporate clients. At that point we will facilitate the next step. This can be a
phone interview or an interview at corporate offices. We will help with scheduling, reference checks, and cost of living analysis for relocation. We are available to assist in any way to expedite filling your open positions with excellent candidates.
